How the guarantee works

  • Your 60 nights starts on your delivery date.
  • You must keep your mattress for at least 30 days to give your bed and body a fair chance to bond.
  • If after 30 days and before 60 days, you are dissatisfied with your mattress, you can exchange it for a different one.
  • This one-time mattress guarantee applies to your originally purchased mattress only and excludes any foundations or frames.
  • Your new mattress must be covered by a Protect-a-Bed mattress protector, available in stores.
  • Additional charges may apply to cover differences in mattress prices or delivery fees.
